Skyway Yacht Works full service indoor heated and outside storage for sailboats and powerboats is located about a mile off of Lake Michigan on the Calumet River.

Skyway has two types of winter yacht storage: outside storage and inside heated storage. Both include your haul out, power washing, jackstands, blocking, and launch.
Sometimes boaters get busy and life gets in the way of boating such that you end up not launching in the spring. No problem—we have room!
If you step your mast, we can store it on racks inside our non-heated rigging building. Just call and we will pull it down for you. With a 60 foot long rigging bench, you can easily accomplish all of your rigging work.
If you're a racer or just don't sail enough to justify the city’s slip fees, we have a custom In & Out Storage Package based on the number of launches you choose. We'll also step and unstep your mast if you store inside.
