Skyway Yacht Works Yacht Ownership Transfer Form
If you sell your boat while it is in storage at Skyway Yacht Works, you and the new owner are required to fill out a Yacht Ownership Transfer Form.
This will establish the date of the transfer and establish the new owner of the yacht as a Skyway customer. As the former owner, you are still responsible for all open invoices prior to the date of sale and your unpaid invoices will prevent the new owner from launching the boat.
Fill out and return the completed Yacht Ownership Transfer Form.
