At Skyway, we are boaters and are familiar with the 'handy' mariner. We have placed water and electricity stations all over our yard and generally you will find utility access about 75 feet apart. There are a few exceptions, but with a 100 foot extension cord or hose, you will have no trouble hooking up.

In our heated building you will have access to water, electric and, with special approval, compressed air. The radiant heat is in the floor so there is very little dust, but we still offer plastic draping and that really helps keep your boat pristine.

Our fiberglass shop also uses radiant heat -- in the ceiling. This helps heat up the whole boat and makes painting and fiberglass curing almost fool proof - every square inch of the boat is the same temperature. We use vacuum bagging systems and downdraft filtered fume extraction for paint work.

We haul boats out of our slip using a friction crane. We then load boats on their own cradles or on our hydraulic trailers for transport to winter storage on our jack stands.

With our crane and spreader bar lifting system Catamaran storage is a natural. We either lift them and swing them into place or put them on our custom cradles and move them to their spots for winter lay up.

Our mast shed is a cold storage facility with a rigging bench for customer use. The masts are stored on racks with spreaders removed and the masts can be pulled down easily with our three point trolley lift system for the customer to work on or for our rig shop to operate.

We use a hydraulic travel crane for mast steps and work aloft. We can step your mast with your boat in its winter spot or go to the top of your rig at any time.
